My car

Check your car.

Enter your plate and, if you have one, your LTA access code. We fill in your car's make, model and engine, so fault codes, parts searches and workshops match your car.

No access code? Pick your car from a list of common Singapore models instead. Your plate and code are never saved; your car is remembered only in your own browser.

Check your car

The plate lookup needs JavaScript. A plate on its own does not tell us the model, because LTA only shares a car's details with its owner's access code. Pick your car from the list instead. It takes a few seconds.

How to get an access code

  1. Go to the OneMotoring website from LTA and log in with Singpass. Only the car's registered owner can do this.
  2. Find your car in your list of vehicles and choose "Request Access Code".
  3. You get a 6-digit code. You choose how long it works: 14, 60 or 180 days. You can revoke it there at any time.
  4. Type your plate and the 6 digits here. Our server uses them once to fetch your car's details and does not keep them.

An access code lets someone read your car's registration details (not your personal details) until it expires or you revoke it. Only share it with sites you trust, and revoke it when you no longer need it.

What happens to your details

  • Your plate and access code are sent once to fetch the details, then dropped. Our server never saves them, and they are not written to our logs or database.
  • If you tick "Remember", your plate (and, if you choose, your access code) is kept only in this browser so you do not have to type it again. Tap "Forget saved details" to remove it.
  • Your car is remembered only in this browser, so the fault code, parts and workshop pages can be filled in for you. Tap "Forget my car" to remove it.
  • We keep only anonymous daily totals (for example, how many lookups were made today). Owner details, chassis and engine numbers are never shown or kept.
